Article 1. Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Terms") are intended to govern the terms of provision and use of the website of the company EXP-G FZCO accessible at the URL exponensia.com (hereinafter the "Site") by any natural person, regardless of their location and the terms of their connection (hereinafter the "User"). These provisions apply concurrently with the Privacy Policy - personal data protection, the Cookie Policy, and the General Sales Conditions.

The Terms constitute the contract between the Site and the User. As such, they must be accepted by the User. By browsing the Site, regardless of the technical means of access and devices used, the User is presumed to know and accept these Terms without reservation. 5.1 User's Liability

In general, the User is also responsible for:

The content they may write or submit to the Site, regardless of its nature;

Any direct or indirect damages of any nature suffered by content they have submitted to the Site.

The User also undertakes to comply with the current legal and regulatory provisions and, in particular, to refrain from:

In case of violation of any of the above rules, the Company may decide to remove the User's access to their account and/or the possibility to leave a comment on the Site, if applicable, temporarily or permanently, without any compensation and prior notification. The Company may also claim damages for any harm it has suffered as a result of such behavior.

5.2 Company's Liability

The Company undertakes to use its best efforts to secure and ensure the security of the Site and its content. It implements all reasonable means at its disposal to provide access to the Site under the conditions defined in Article 2 hereof.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of the training and services or the Site by the User in a manner that is not in compliance with the Terms and applicable regulations and reserves the right to suspend the User's access to its training/services and the Site in case of breach of the Terms.

Article 6. Hyperlink
